If you are facing reception issue
Update VBox Firmware
Download the firmware file to your PC from this link: Download Version VT.2.68.39.11.
- Access the VBox web management page by typing the device's IP address into your PC's web browser (or locate it via your network device list).
- Navigate to the Software Update tab and upload the file you downloaded.
- Once the update is complete, perform a reset via the Reset tab. Now preform the quick setup procedure
- Uninstall the VBox Live TV application, then reinstall it. The app should now automatically detect and play your channels.
